Candlelight Oaks Pool and Playground			Please log into Candlelight Oaks Yahoo Group for Pool Information Collier Branch - Public Library Book Club meets at 1:00 on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Garbage - Thursdays (early) Recycle - Alternate Thursdays Heavy Trash - 3rd Friday/month for more information go to the City of Houston's Department of Solid Waste Management. You can also take heavy trash to any of the city of Houston's Neighborhood Solid Waste Depositories at 5565 Kirkpatrick or 9200 Lawndale. Open WED through SUN, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, except holidays
The Candlelight Oaks playground was built in July 2008 with the help of over 200 volunteers from the community. With a grant from Kool-Aid and direction from KaBOOM!, the playground was constructed in one day. The playground, along with shade structions, benches, and a BBQ grill, is a great place for family and friends to get together. -- FREE Wi-Fi -- @ the Pool The Candlelight Oaks Civic Club sponsors many events through out the year, such as an Easter Egg hunt and Christmas Hay Ride.
