And to do each and everything necessary, suitable and proper to maintain Candlelight Oaks as a first class residential subdivision including but not limited to enforcement through legal process of the recorded property use restrictions of Candlelight Oaks Civic Club, Inc.

In furtherance of the purpose set forth herein, the corporation shall have and exercise all the powers specified in the Texas Nonprofit Corporation Act.
